The General Terms and any Additional Terms may be updated by us from time to time. We will post any changes that we make on this page. Your continued use of our Websites and/or Services after any such changes have been made, constitutes your acceptance of the new General Terms and/or Additional Terms. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not use or access (or continue to use or access) our Websites and/or Services.

At the time of Registration:

Please note that you have to fill the registration form. you have to verify your Mobile number with an OTP.

You need to upload your Profile Picture and Signature. The same photograph and signature will be used on the applications you apply for.

Read the entire information given on the website and Frequently Asked Questions, Batch Type, Batch timings, fee details, scholarship details etc 

Please note that Vidyadarshini will not provide any hostel or accommodation.  

Please note that Vidyadarshini will not provide any free food facility.

Please note that free coaching (if announced) means, we will provide free classes only, but we will charge for Print & stationery expenses. i.e-Printed Study Material, Daily Hand outs, Test Series will be charged. (Kindly ask us for the Print and stationery - Study material charges)

No negotiations will be done for the Print and Stationery charges.

At the time of admission:

Applicants will be considered as candidates for Admission and entry to institute when the Registration form has been completed successfully and returned to us.

Students must download and print their application form form from our website only. Application form along with the Terms and Conditions and Signature of the candidate is mandatory. Application form should accompanied with aadhar copy.  Application and Aadhar must be submitted during the admission day itself. 

Students need to provide details and their profiles as and when required by the Institute.

Admission once cancelled will not be reconsidered.

Any change in Address, Email-Id, Phone Number or in any other details must be informed in advance.

Students with any recommendations will not be entertained, further their application will not be processed.

Students have to pay the complete fees at the time of Admission.

Fee Paid for the courses is not refundable and Non Transferable.

Fees Payment cannot be transferred to another course.

Fees paid is valid only up to the course duration / batch's syllabus is completed. 

During the Course:

Students should be attentive to lecture during classes and not to interfere with others. Students can not refuse to perform the tasks that the Faculty sets. For the effectiveness of the learning process and in order not to interrupt it, students must be in the classroom throughout the class. If there is an urgent need to quit, this can only be done with the prior permission from the management.

The Institute reserves all rights to make any changes in any program including test series schedule/test writing days and timings etc.

If a student fails to appear for any test will be considered as failed. No re exam will be conducted.

Jurisdiction – Legal Aspects:

The Institute is not responsible for the behaviour of the students outside its premises, due notice will be taken of Students misbehaviour in the classes and in such cases he/she will be suspended and will be prosecuted by internal committee and Legally if needed. All the disputes will be dealt in the Jurisdiction of Vijayawada.

These Terms (as amended from time to time) are exclusively governed by and are construed in accordance with the laws of India and Andhra Pradesh whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute or any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that we have the right to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Discipline Criteria:

Regularity, Punctuality and Implicit Obedience in the Institute are mandatory. The Student is expected to attend classes in time.i.e-15 minutes before the clock. 

Students can take 3 Optional Leaves during the entire course. If needed more, he has to obtain permission from the office.

Mobile Shall not be allowed to be used during class timings. Mobile If used, mobile phone will be collected and will be returned only after the completion of coaching. 

Student should not damage any furniture, write or draw anything on the walls. Recovery of any damage will be done from the concerned student.

Students should observe polite behaviour. Shouting, bullying or use of foul language is forbidden.

Attendance Criteria:

Absence of more than 3 days will not be allowed to the classes and his/her admission will be cancelled in such cases and he/she will be detended permanently. 

Student Identity cards provided during admission must be worn daily in the classroom. Students without Identity Cards will not be permitted in and will be marked absent.

If you violate ANY of these rules, we will not hesitate to take any action which required to evacuate you from the coaching.
